For starters, the level of customer service. When I submitted my request online, I got a call within 1 day, and once my appointment was scheduled, it was nice to get a call to first give a 3 hour window and then a call the day of the appointment that narrowed it down to a 30 minute notice.

The knowledge of the onsite employee. Friendly, non sales driven, educational. He came across as caring more about my carpet and wanting the customer to be informed than caring about the money or time spent at the house. I appreciated that.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Micheal Carver was our crew member and he was very professional and friendly. We have two dogs and he was super nice to them. One thing I really liked that he did not try to "upsell" me on anything. We already plan on purchasing the pet cleaning option. But I expected the lines we heard before " we found this spot that needs more attention and it will be an extra $20" It was refreshing for a company come in and do what they promised and nothing else. He was also nice enough to help us with a spot our dog had made on the couch. I have already sent your website to 3 other people this morning. Thank you for a good job. Eric, the gentleman who cleaned my carpet, did the most thorough job...I was so pleased with the result. He was wonderful! My carpets look great. I love that it is chemical free and doesn't leave a residue. And of course...cleans great and dries fast.

We are very happy with the work that was done (carpet, furniture & area rugs). Everything cleaned up so nicely. Also very happy with both technicians that we dealt with. Thank you!
