Donte was very thorough with the whole process from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained the process. Stopped half way through to let me know how he was doing and then showed me before and after photos of his work.

I like the soft, clean feel of my carpet after Zerorez has been there. Technician was very knowledgable but a bit sales-y at times. He was very accommodating as we were moving in and having a refrigerator delivered all while he was expertly attending to our carpets.
