Kieran the tech went above and beyond to get me a lower price and better service. I was originally quoted on the phone that I would have to have a portable cleaning due to the layout of the building, but he assessed the situation when he arrived and as it could be done from the truck he rearranged to make it happen for me. I also had inadvertently signed up for a 2 room special (only had 1 room with walk-in closet) and he made sure I got the right rate. I appreciate his attention to detail in getting me the best deal! Very easy and efficient. The tech that came was absolutely the most polite and friendly person we have had come into our home. He was great. I cannot express how kind and polite he was when he came to do our carpets yesterday. I have not seen this from people in a long time and wanted to specifically point it out.

I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the air duct cleaning went. The 2 technicians that came to my home were so courteous and explained the process. I really felt like the quality of the work was top notch. They had a morning cancellation so they were able to come to my home earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. They were able to wait a few extra minutes until I was able to get home due to the last minute change. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing their air ducts cleaned. My home feels cleaner and less dusty.
