The technician Jose was fantastic. What I didn't appreciate was having to purchase styrofoam to place under my furniture and then hire a handyman to place and remove the wedges.

Only walked in the door yesterday, so I only have my interaction with the fellow at the back who took my order and processed it. Out of that, I learned a bit about the process, and the pricing, and the turn around time, and paid for the work in advance and left.

I don't remember the fellow's name, however, he was well informed about the entire cleaning process, he knew carpeting very well, even complemented me on the rug (Tibetan,) and proceeded to get me entered into the system and all the details I needed for my rug cleaning.

The address is in a difficult location, and it takes a bit of work to figure it out. Once you do it's obvious, and quite simple, but it does take a drive-by or two to get it sorted out. Too many offices share the same street address number.

This email request comes one day after I stop by and drop the rug off. Which to me, seems a little jumping of the gun, so to speak, as I haven't picked up the finished carpet yet. Someone in the AI department needs to reign in that robot spewing out those email clogging requests.

So, my human interaction was spot on, but, my robot interaction is a piece of work. I don't need to go through this because of that.
