It was very easy to schedule this appointment. My technician (Mike) explained my options, gave recommendations, and listened to what I wanted him to do. He was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. He did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets. Would highly recommend him.

We ended up having a pretty big issue that was handled very quickly and efficiently by one of the managers, Eric. I can't say enough how great he was to work with! He took control and got everything fixed right away. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.
