I love Zero Rez - excellent cleaning and service. This particular time, many of the spots didn't come out of the carpets but I'm chalking that up to the carpets being old. Zero Rez will come back if they need to redo some cleaning if requested.

Of our guests have ever smoked. I attributed it to the technician coming from a previous customer/job that had smokers and even asked him about it but he blew it off. Happy to say that this time, I didn’t have that problem.

The only thing that was confusing was the cell # Phone number removed caller ID came up as Lisa Nguyen so I didn't pick up as I don't know this person. Ideally the caller ID should have come up as Zerorez
Great service at a very reasonable price.
The team was very polite and professional. They took precautions to not damage woodwork.
They explained the condition of the carpets. The carpets were only about 18 months old with no stains on the carpet and very little dirt.
