The pet odor that lingered on the preowned couch we bought is completely gone, and everything feels fresh and clean. Their service exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled with how everything turned out!

The service man was very nice and worked to get my carpets clean. However there was a spot where a cup of cows split. I send in a picture to show in had spread into a large circle and requested to have your specialist come and treat that area. I have not heard back from anyone about doing that. I really need to get the room back in order. Would appreciate a call.
