Zerorez came out on time when they were scheduled. The techs were polite and courteous. The only small glitch is they don't take America Express. The website and texts they send you say they do, they do not! So be prepared for a backup plan to pay if you generally use AmEx.

Nick was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The carpeting took a while to dry with the high humidity, so I was glad that he suggested the dehumidifier and fans to help speed up the process. He also let us know how the duct cleaning would be done and that it would help with the dust and allergy concerns.
