It was an easy process. The technicians were knowledgeable, kind, and explained what they would be doing in detail.

My one complaint is that I was given a 3 to 6 pm time slot. It was after six when the technicians arrived so there was no natural light in the areas to be cleaned. I did receive at least three calls to let me know they would be late--the calls were appreciated. i do understand all the reasons why a job can take extra time but I would not agree to be at the end of the day again.

Very professional, excellent attention to detail, friendly staff, great results. My only issue is when advertising prices, the non-optional $14 disposal fees is not included. Somewhat misleading when $139 really means $154 etc.

We were extremely satisfied with our carpet cleaning. We were also very impressed by the young man who completed this service for us. His name is "DANE ATKINSON". He was very personable and thorough....explaining everything to us. Other carpet cleanings seem to leave residue and there did not seem to be any of that on our carpet. If we are asked what company to use by any of our friends...........we will tell them ZEROREZ.
