We had two services done on the same day. first was ductwork and furnace cleaning. The only negative thing I can say is that he didn't use a barrier to close off the front door so cold air coming into the house was a bit of an issue. The gentleman Jordan who came to do the carpet cleaning later in the day did use this plastic blue barrier to cover the front door and it helped a lot with cold air not coming in. My only suggestion would be that the person who cleans The furnace and ductwork should do the same. Otherwise we were extremely pleased with their service
