Drys quickly and smells great!

The associates have been friendly, courteous and do a great job on cleaning the carpets and the ducts. They always explain things before doing them and ask me if I have any questions before and after they are done.

Just feel with no chemicals going into the Carpet that this way is much more satisfying to not get that dirt back or, even just cleaned but dirt staying in the fibers of the carpeting.

The service was amazing. The carpets in my condo had never been this clean. The service provider was punctual, and even though there were some minor technical difficulties, she was very accommodating and efficient. I will be using Zerorez from now on and will certainly (and already have) recommended them to friends and colleagues.

Very knowledgeable and efficient serviceman, did a nice job. He was able to remove some candle wax drips, for which I am thankful.

Our technician did not get here until the tail end of our window which made for a long wait and long night but it was not his fault and he worked super hard and did a great job. Love that the carpets were cleaned without residue or chemical smell in the air.
