The technician was very polite and conscientious. He explained the process, encouraged me to check his work and cautioned me to be aware of cords and slippery areas. He worked hard to remove some spots and overall the carpet looks great

Eric called to give us a window, just as I was told would occur. He was on time. Kind. Honest. VERY thorough. The work performed was stellar. Our floors look better than they have in YEARS! Eric was sure to keep me informed during the process. One HUGE factor in my 10 above was the fact that the service was as was quoted (and Eric even worked everything out in our favor) and that there was ZERO high pressured sales and upselling associated with the visit. (FYI - had this occurred we would never refer.)
We did purchase some protectant, but I was not pressured to do so in the least. I was educated on the process and made the decision that was best for us. Kudos to Eric on his presentation, workmanship, attention to detail and customer service. I would not only recommend Zerorez at this point (still waiting for carpets to dry), but I would recommend Erica as well.
The technician was very knowledgable and the floors look amazing.
