I liked it all. The carpets, the upholstery and the stairs. The young man who did the work was very professional. I especially appreciated the pickup and delivery (free) for my two area rugs.
The fresh smell and how soft the carpet is left feeling will keep bringing me back to Zerorez again and again.
Plus, I have not encounter one negative technician from Zerorez. Ryan, was my last tech to stop at my house and he was very nice and conversational.
