Very friendly employees and my carpet always feels clean and soft when finished. I also appreciate that when I had someone come out to look at a problem pet area, he was honest and told me that it would not be cost effective to have them treat the area. I'm thinking that most other companies would have just charged me to do it and hope for the best. I started using Zerorez a few years ago, and will never go back to "traditional" carpet cleaners!

I like the fact that the cleaning solution is chemical free, and does not leave an odor/residue behind. The cleaning crew are professional and personable, and explained the process well. They also showed up on time, which is always appreciated.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He was easy to work with. The carpets turned out very clean considering they were old and show signs of wear. I know in your ads you say you will not feel a crunchy feeling after the carpets have been cleaned. Well that is not true. At least for us it wasn't. But I'm still a satisfied customer and would recommend them.

First of all, your technician was punctual, courteous and helpful! Almost unheard of these days - THANKS Dewayne - you are superior!
Secondly, our carpets are the cleanest they've been since installation! We've used other name brand carpet cleaning services in the past but by far - ZEROREZ - services and products are superior to all.
