I would like to thank Ryan for coming back out - there was a spot from our cleaning last week that wasn't quite as clean as the other areas. It wasn't that Ryan missed it but we talked and he thought possibly he didn't go over it twice as he did with the other areas.
I felt bad and a very picky to call as it was in no way that bad but just not quite right. I truly appreciate his good nature in having to come and redo the area! That is exactly why I would recommend Zerorez in heartbeat!!

Mike was an excellent professional. He exceeded my expectations, was efficient, and knowledgable.

Old carpet that was very stained. Tech warned me that it may not get as clean as I would like and that new carpeting should be considered. Most of the stains came out. We are very happy. We'll get new carpeting when we decide to sell the house.

Customer service, to name one!! Alex did our shampooing and Kayle brought carpets back. Where do you find these really "neat" people?! Alex was just like a "son" to us. So friendly and happy to please. He is a great guy. KUDOS to him and to ZEROREZ! Kayle was a real special gal that we both "took to" as soon as she came in. Polite, friendly ... so willing to help. If the rest of your staff are anywhere near these two, you really have something going for you. AND the results have already improved our respiratory problems. We would highly recommend AEROREZ to anyone! Good job! Oh and the area rugs you shampooed came out so well. The large area rug looked better than new. We also took notice of how you wrapped them. No chance for soiling there! I could go on! But again KUDOS to you and your fine people. I can't imagine a customer NOT feeling pleased with the results. Take good care of these people (it shows that you do). They do you proud.
