Jose was our technician today to try to get some spots out that weren't removed a couple weeks ago. I'm still waiting for it to dry, to see if he was successful. However, he was excellent - explained well, worked hard, had all the items in place to protect corners from the hoses, tarp on the door, extremely conscientious. Thank you for sending him - we will request him for any other cleaning.
