The technician was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained how we should remain off the carpet and explained how it would dry with a possibility of stains resurfacing. He also explained what we should do in case any stains did resurface.

The cleaning crew was prompt, efficient, and explained things thoroughly. They made sure not to track any dirt or mud as they went in and out of the house. The price was fair.

I do however recommend that they use corner guards to protect wood and drywall corners where they are pulling the large hose.

Our technician was amazing and took his time ensuring a thorough, deep clean that my carpets desperately needed in a home we just moved into. My family noticed the immediate difference in not only the appearance, but air quality as well. WE LOVE ZEROREZ and tell all my friends and family about them:)

Ernesto was on time and very professional. Only complaint was online it says that the carpet would be dry in 6-8 and he told us (and it was true) that it would take more like 16-18 hours...
