I like how the carpets are cleaned. They are left fairly dry with no residue and looking new. Service technician explained the process and was fair with how rooms were billed. Provided suggestion for carpet protection on newer carpet areas which I was pleased to know was available. Technician was very thorough and efficient. Would request him for further cleaning needs.

Keith was fantastic. Thorough, informative, and responsive to our requests. He was kind with the kids who were curious about his work. He even came back to do a spot and was incredibly gracious as we had failed to mention the spot to him the first time he came around. Very happy with the service and Keith in particular.
Quick response to questions, easy to make appointment, friendly service, quick and efficient, made my carpet look brand new!
When the service arrived, he pointed out the seriousness of some of the dog stains in the carpet. He encouraged me to spend more on a urine extracting process. I was disappointed the cost went up a lot, but the end result is like new. That is what we wanted. It’s impressive the work they did.
