Dominic was on time and when he arrived he was fast, efficient, helpful and friendly. For example, he suggested we put towels or rugs on our tile so our damp feet would not slip. We had our entire house done and the result and the experience are both top notch!

Great results and technician

We contracted with you to clean the carpet in 4 rooms of our home. Brennan came to do the job, he was prompt, courteous and professional, with some wonderful humor thrown in. He did an excellent job, our carpets look and smell great. Later that day we noticed some "pink" showing up in our carpet - turns out it was something WE did wrong, not ZEROREZ. We called your office and you arranged to have Brennan come back the next day to check it out and try to fix the problem. He was able to clean up the pink, gave us a bottle of your cleaner in case we notice more pink later. There was no charge for any of this fix. We have used your services in the past and will definitely continue to do so. ZEROREZ is a wonderful company to work with!
