Our guy Matt was awesome! He walked up supper friendly and my dog loved him. He explained everything to us and even got down to smell the carpet with us to tell him it kinda smelled from my dog. Fast and Easy!! The guys explained everything they were going to do. I even had them clean my tiles which I hadn't said when I made the appointment. I though the guy would say No I don't have time for that. He said Sure and did a great job on the carpet and the tile too.
