The experience that we had with Zerorez was seamless from start to finish. The call back to make a time for carpet cleaning was done in a very timely fashion, we were able to make an appointment for cleaning within a few days, the communication prior to the arrival of the technician was excellent, and the technician we had (Christopher Watson) was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, exuded excitement about his job and the fact that he was happy to be serving us, did a great job of setting up and cleaning our carpets, cleaning up, and offering us other services without at all being pushy. So nice to see a young man so vested in what he is doing, and so service oriented. And of course, after being very disappointed with our 2 previous carpet cleaning companies, the results from Zerorez are exceptional. Clean and fresh smelling carpets that did not dry crunchy!! We will be Zerorez customers again.

It was very easy to schedule with availability that fit my schedule. The tech who came to our home was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try to push services that we didn't need. He was able to get out an old chocolate stain, candle wax, and even paint! Thanks Zerorez!

It is always a good experience with Zerorez. Your team is professional and I feel good about the job they do and having them in our house. One complaint. During the past several visits there has been a change. The technicians are now always trying to upsell everything. Do they get added commission on this? I understand they should explain available services, but their approach is beginning to feel too heavy handed.

Josh worked super hard to get our 18 year old carpet clean. It looks so much better now! We were pleasantly surprised by his results. Josh was very respectful and considerate!

I was totally amazed at the results. We've had our carpet since we built our home in 2001 so I wasn't sure what to expect. Having 3 boys can be pretty tough on carpet even though we've always done our best to keep it clean. We debated whether we should get new carpet or clean the carpet we've got. Getting it cleaned by Zerorez was a great choice. It saved us tons of money to allocate towards other projects and will get us a few more years out of our carpet.

Very professional technicians. Really clean the carpeting -noticeable difference

The person who came to my home said she would take care a coupe of problem areas but then said she didn't have the appropriate tools with her to take care of those so they didn't get taken care of. Two spots she thought may have been pieces of tape and then there were a couple of spots where the carpet had unraveled a little bit. Otherwise, I thought the service person talked like she knew a lot about what she was doing and the cleaning was good. I was just a little disappointed when I went to look at the carpet and the couple of items I was advised she could help me with didn't get taken care or.

Robert deserves a raise. He knows exactly what he is doing. Actually cares about his job.

The gentlemen who came to my house on Friday, June 30th were very respectful and very personable (great smiles!), gave full information on the services they could and subsequently would perform after I made the selections, the moved furniture and put some on blocks and alerted me to an antique small dresser that may have bled into the carpet when it became wet-they helped me move it to a bathroom to prevent this. They always protect the corners of our walls (newly painted) with corner guards and floors/rugs as well. I have used Zerorez 3 times now and have been very happy with the service all 3 times.

The young lady who cleaned our carpet and upholstery was very diligent, knowledgeable, professional and polite. She helped us with some information about area rug pads. I was very impressed.
