As good as advertised. I solicited duct cleaning and carpet cleaning from Zerorez. The duct cleaning rep. arrived early, walked the house, explained what he was going to do and did his work. Very impressed with work ethic of the worker. Better than a "10"rating.
The 2 carpet cleaning crew called earlier than the scheduled time and asked if I was ok with coming earlier in the day. After agreeing, the crew arrived and explained the process, moved the furniture, began the cleaning. Very professional in how the went upon their work.Place pads under and moved the furniture back in place.Very impressed with this crew as well.I would rate the carpet crew with the same "better than 10" as the duct cleaner. (the carpet cleaning crew consisted of one experienced worker and one trainee)
