Start to finish, the process was easy. I had difficulty with contacting you a couple times one day last week, so hung up thinking I would just try back later...but to my surprise, Zerorez looked up my number and called me back. I nice surprise and took one thing off my "to do" list!! Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get my preferred morning time slot with pretty short notice. Caleb Bell, our technician, called me to let me know he was 15 minutes away and make sure that was still okay. Once he arrived, he was very professional and knowledgable. We had renters on one year old carpet and he did the best he could to get what they left behind out of the carpet. Overall, a very good experience and Caleb was super great!!
