Very thorough cleaning of both carpets and ductwork. Enjoyed the 10% discount as well. Probably better to schedule the duct cleaning first, due to dust from the vents.

Your pricing schedule is a bit tricky to understand....
Everything! Both technicians (Ross Barnett for carpet cleaning and Greg Mueller for duct cleaning) were prompt, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I also felt that the prices were reasonable, and I am very happy with the results.
The usage of orange based cleaner that doesn't leave chemicals in my carpet, friendly and knowledgeable employee, notification of a 3 hour window which is reasonable.
The technician we had clean our carpets did a very good job. Our carpet is 15 years old and hadn't been cleaned in a while. He put extra effort in the areas where you could see it needed extra attention. He did an excellent job! We are very happy with the results and would use Zerorez again.
