My carpets smell and feel fantastic!!! We foster dogs and they have had their fair share of accidents but zerorez did such a fantastic job, the carpet looks and smells like it did when it was new!

He was very professional !! He did a fabulous job. Put a mat down at the front door. Covered all corners of the walls as to not scratch or nick them. He took his shoes off every time he came in the house. I was very impressed.

It quick fast service, the tech, Rob McCurdy, was wonderful. He told us step by step what he was going do. He listened and answered all our questions. Great employee, you are lucky to have him. When I do my carpets again I would request him.

Our first experience after referral from our building manager: the technician was terrific, experienced and efficient. We did have one hassle when the equipment caused our power to cut out.
It took a day before we had everything working again and this was frustrating. Apparently, the power difficulty is not rare and I wish we had discussed the problem ahead of time. I think we could have used the building power and avoided the issue.
The results exceeded my expectations.
