Your staff were very professional and did a great job. Would have given a ten out of ten but I had to use my own vacuum to pull out the sand left in one of the vents as they did not have a smaller attachment to reach into the vent.

The carpet is very well cleaned considering the age of it. the technician was very friendly, informative and knew his job. If there were questions, he was able to answer them.

I've always found the young men that come to do the cleaning to be prompt, courteous and very professional. I like using Zerorez because it doesn't leave a detergent residue, and the result is always great.

Easy to schedule

Both of the individuals that came out did a great job. I was a little disappointed that I had to ask, along with some hesitation on their part, to also again go over the part of the top cushion that had previously been cleaned, but they ended up doing that. It would only take a couple minutes, so I was surprised at any hesitation period. As a business owner, it would be instinctual for me to go above and beyond. But they eventually did do that. And did a wonderful job.

They really did a great job, though. I would recommend Zerorez, and the two technicians, any time. They were very professional and curtious. Also, a wonderful job was done on our rug. My wife and I were taken aback at the quality cleaning that was performed.

My wife and I were initially hesitant about using Zerorez again, but this cleared up any issues. We are now discussing having our ducts cleaned. My only recommendation would be to address issues the customer might have that take extremely limited time and resources; it pays dividends with how a customer perceives the service and techs.

I love that the carpet was cleaned with citrus and not soap! My capets look and smell so much better!!

The product smelled good and wasn't overpowering. The rugs looks fantastic, and most importantly, the technician who cleaned our rugs was courteous and informed us of the process so eloquently.
