Your cleaning products worked very well to clean my couch and chair. However, it took three visits to get a satisfactory cleaning of my couch cushions. The cleaning is only as good as the effort put into it. The reason I would recommend you to friends is because of your 30 day guarantee and your willingness to come back out until they were cleaned satisfactorily.

I love the Zerorez process using the empowered water. Also love that there is no smell of cleaners. The spot remover is wonderful too! There is no stain I havent’t been able to get out with that stuff!
Our tech Nick was very thorough, he double checked all areas with me to make sure nothing was missed and everything was as clean as possible. We just had one hot chocolate stain that he was able to get out with no problem. Looking forward to our next cleaning:)

The service tech was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The carpets came out looking as good as they could. I like that there is a tiny bit of citrus aroma.

Quick and easy with great results

Zerorez has cleaned our carpets a number of times and also my mother-in-laws carpet. The two technicians who cleaned our carpets were friendly and professional. The problem areas we talked about were taken care of. They called and were able to arrive earlier than expected, which was good for me. I also like that the carpets do not get soap buildup that was the case with other companies.

We were very pleased with both your "product concept" and with the carpet cleaner technician. "J" was personable, pleasant and polite. The carpet looks much better (albeit is an old carpet). Thank you.

One comment.... Your promotional materials FAQs "Do you move furniture?" states:
"This service is free of charge and by request only. We will clean up to and around larger items such as large entertainment centers, bookshelves, and beds. Items we move will be placed on protective slips or blocks to keep them safe from the wet carpet."
We had several items that were moved and placed on wet carpet with no protective slips or blocks. When I asked about protective slips, I was given a dozen or so styrofoam blocks and four plastics squares and I placed these on several pieces of furniture myself. Having this done without my asking would have been a nice touch. Maybe I should have been very clear before the techinician started - that we wanted protective slips /blocks placed as they job was done.
