Phil did an absolutely fabulous job on my carpets!!! Before he started, he looked at everything, analyzed what needed to be done and shared his thoughts with me... he also went over the pricing before he did anything and waited for my approval. He was extremely professional and personable! I have two big dogs and one of them likes to mark his territory, Phil took care of it with the pet treatment.
The carpets look so fresh and bright and the house smells like an orange orchard!!

Zerorez is the only carpet and upholstery cleaning company I use. I'm consistently happy with the fact that no chemicals are used, incredible stain removal, and my carpeting stays cleaner much longer than when I hired other companies before I discovered Zerorez.

You were so responsive when I was in need of carpet cleaning help to get my house on the market. Your staff couldn't have been nicer. The only thing disappointing is that I paid extra to spot clean a couple of animal urine areas and one of the spots didn't come out. But I understand some spots just don't.
