Technician was friendly and respectful. The work was thorough. Wish the technician would have put his slippers on inside the house at my front door rather than outside where my mat was snowy from a recent snow storm. His slippers brought in snow on my floors, so needed to do a quick clean up of my hallway after he was done.

We are very happy with the service we received and have no complaints. Our carpets are clean and actually feel fluffy. :) We appreciate that there weren't chemicals used in the cleaning. The carpets dried quickly, too, so we could get all our furniture back to normal the following day.
