Sam and Dustin did a great job on my home carpets. They were also efficient and fast. Rick did an excellent job on my area rugs. They came out really clean.

Great customer service and very friendly people. Our carpet looks great! We put brand new carpeting in 4 years ago and have 2 boys and a dog. First time it was cleaned in 4 years and it looks new again. We also have a cream color microfiber couch that has had awful stains for years. Never had hope anything would be able to get the stains out. Well, Zerorez has some magic, amazing stuff because our couch looks like we just bought it! Thank you Zerorez! We will choose you again in the future.

Excellent quality of cleaning. Tech was very professional, outstanding.

However, I want to say that this visit there was just way too much upselling. I am not criticizing the tech as I know that he is required to do that. But I felt weary after a while having to listen to the "next" option/service. Some upselling is fine but your list is way too long. If that kept up, it will make me either rude or not use your services any more.
