The person who came and cleaned our carpet was knowledgeable, professional and listened to what we wanted done. They were upfront about additional costs and went to great lengths to be careful of walls and doorways with their equipment.

I was very impressed with the technician who came to do my carpet cleaning. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and the expected results of the stain treatment. The carpets looked brand new when he was finished! I will be a repeat customer and will be happy to tell my family and friends about it!

I was concerned about a few spots on the carpet I called them back and a very nice receptionist answered and explained that there was a 30 day warranty they can back and cleaned the area that I was not pleased and took care of it

Your technician, Ricardo , did a great job! Our 18 years old carpet looks really clean and good. Ricardo was polite and explained the package very clearly. The outcome was better than we expected. We'll definitely call you guys again.

Our Technician, Nathan Kleinwolterink, was great! He worked with us to help us understand how the services we were getting will help get things clean (pet areas). The whole house smells like new. I will allows use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning services...possibility in the future our tile floors!
