I love the way the rug is not crunchy after. Also, the house smells so clean.

I didn't like how I was treated when I called to schedule an appointment. Emily was rude and impatient. I asked her if I was irritating her. Evidently I was.

What do you like about our products and services?

There wasn’t a weird smell after cleaning them. Stains that were over 20 years old came out with our carpet cleaning!
