What do you like about our products and services?

The product and employees are great. I don’t like all the hidden fees you sneak in like $15 disposal fee and $60 for a special stain remover? That’s ridiculous. Then when there are still stains that won’t come out I’m told there is yet another special stain remover for another $35? Price gauging me is insulting. I’ll still use your cleaning service because it works but I did feel I need to vent my frustrations with all your added fees.

Our technician Alex was exceptional! He was very thorough, he explained everything he planned on doing and why, and he went above and beyond to get a few difficult stains out of our carpet. We are very pleased with the work Alex did for us.
