Once a month, our law firm hosts an all-firm luncheon in our main conference room. Last week it was Taco day and we had a "salsa" incident. An entire pan of salsa spilled on the conference room carpet. I called Zerorez immediately and they were able to book an emergency spot cleaning for the next day. As the smell of salsa permeated the office air, Zerorez called back and said a job had completed early and they could send a tech that afternoon. YES! As the Office Manager of our firm, it's my job to make problems go away. Thank you, Zerorez for making me look good.

Our tech was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. She used a purple light to spot any urine stains in the carpet which gave us the peace of mind that she would get all of the potty training accident out of the carpet. She was working alone but worked much quicker than we expected and still performed a great clean! We would highly recommend her and even request her in the future. Thank you!
