The duct cleaning was thorough and has reduced the dust in our house and has helped my allergy symptoms. It did take longer than estimated. The technician estimated it would take about 2 hours and it took 4 hours. Also I was not shown the before/after pictures and videos I was promised. He did show me 1 after photo and that was it. But other than that the technician was friendly and I am happy with the service.
