He was very understanding about our issue and went that extra mile to ensure the job was done right. Even though our carpets are quite old they cleaned up well and look great. I had my carpets and tile flooring cleaned and two rooms deodorized. I also had a few dog pee stains that wouldn’t come out but Lee was able to get out all the stains and my carpet looks great!

I had a mess, grease was on my husband shoes and left grease spots all over the carpet. I called zerorez since I used them before and was able to get them to come out the same day.
