Things went smoothly. The young man explained everything very well. Also offered other services. Took extra care so my cats didn't go out the door, which I really appreciated of course. All rooms, hall and stairway cleaned to my satisfaction. He was a very polite and a nice young man who was very efficient. Won't hesitate to inform family and friends of my positive experience. I will look for a coupon though as the cost was more than we could really afford being we're retired.

You were so responsive when I was in need of carpet cleaning help to get my house on the market. Your staff couldn't have been nicer. The only thing disappointing is that I paid extra to spot clean a couple of animal urine areas and one of the spots didn't come out. But I understand some spots just don't.

Customer Service very courteous and prompt to schedule the appointment. Flexible schedules. No hidden fees...easy to estimate the cost online and same held true once Zerorez came on site. Made offers of other products but not a heavy sales push - NICE! All waste taken away so didn't have to worry about the septic system. Took 1/4 the time it takes me to clean the carpet with our steam cleaner and Zerorez did a better job!! Very pleased with the results even though our carpet is 20+ years old. Zerorez helped our high traffic areas. Thank you for the great service!!

Phil did an absolutely fabulous job on my carpets!!! Before he started, he looked at everything, analyzed what needed to be done and shared his thoughts with me... he also went over the pricing before he did anything and waited for my approval. He was extremely professional and personable! I have two big dogs and one of them likes to mark his territory, Phil took care of it with the pet treatment.
The carpets look so fresh and bright and the house smells like an orange orchard!!
I am beyond ecstatic with the work that Phil performed!
Definitely will be spreading the word to my family and friends!!!
