Our first experience with Zero Rez was not a good one. Friends I talked to did not have the same experience we had so I decided to give another try. This time everything worked out fine. The technician was on time and did a great job. The carpet dried beautifully and we were able to get the house back in order the following morning.

Fabulous customer service. Both crews (carpet cleaning and duct cleaning) explained what they were doing and why as much as I wanted. And then when I quit asking questions, they went to work. They pointed out additional services (‘up selling’) but it was in a no-pressure way and really seemed to just be offering options, not trying to trick me into a service I didn’t need. Everything they offered was relevant and needed - I just didn’t know they could do it as well (ex: doing the couch and adding a UV light to heating ducts - neither of these options were cheap but I had no idea they were available or I would have ordered them both on the first contact). Loved the guards they put on corners so the hoses would not scrape the wood trim as they pulled it along. They worked fast and efficiently. Very happy with everything they did.

I believe the service provided was a little on the expensive side once all the add ons were taken into account, but other than that the representative that came out was great! He was knowledgeable and very friendly!
