The staff was courteous, prompt and efficient. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. The work was completed quickly (1 hr for 2 carpeted bedrooms, 1 flight of stairs and three ceramic grout surfaces). Everything was cleaned well.
One thing I was surprised about, however, was that I had thought I had asked for pet spot cleaning online but that was not included in the estimate. So I was a bit surprised to find it would cost another $75 per room. I also was surprised that I was charged extra for the small hallway at the top of the stairs.

Most of all, I had the best guy here-his name was Brian. He did a very thorough job. I feel. He explained what he was doing g and took time at the end to answer any questions I had. How soon can I walk on it? How often should I clean my carpet, etc.
