Quick and easy to schedule and very nice customer service and service man. It took a little longer to dry than I thought, and there was a very light smell to the process. But it dissipated when the carpet dried. Carpet is looking very refreshed and new.

Zerorez was respectful with my time as they called 15-20 minutes before arriving to my house and within the window frame. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He answered my questions I had and did a great job! My carpet smells, looks and feels so good! Highly recommend them!
