Process is quick and thorough. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and timely. Not a 10 because you no longer help replace furniture and supply foam squares to protect the wet carpet from furniture stains. Three heavy spots did not come out, don’t know if there is another option to remove them or not.

We love how professional all employees are. There cleaning process leaves our carpet clean and soft. They were able to remove cat urine and have never had any odor since the cleaning.
