Eldrick was my technician that came out to service my home. He was courteous, explained everything and was very respectful and professional. My carpet looks fantastic. I opted for an odor cleaner also as an add on to my cleaning. Couldn’t believe what a difference it could make. My house smells fresh and not like chemicals. Would highly recommend.
The technician that did the work was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure are carpet and furniture was done right. We have used other carpet companies in the past and the technician makes all the difference.
