Over the phone, I was told the cleaning would be 186. Nothing else was added on for the cleaning, but it came to $100 in fees, etc, that were not disclosed over the phone. Great service, but disappointed with business methods.

Our Technician was very friendly and professional. He explained every thing he was going to do and asked for our input. Family room and stairs look great following the zerorez cleaning.

Prompt professional service. Great results! My carpet always looks fresh and clean when done. No residue means it stays cleaner longer and with no harsh chemicals it is safe for my pet.

I’m very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning! It hasn’t looked this nice for a long time! Stains gone from cat vomit (yuck)!

Very thorough upholstery cleaning as well.
