a small spot didn't come out during the regular cleaning, so a technician came back out and spot treated the area ... it was clean within a few minutes, and the carpet looked perfect. thanks so much for standing behind your customers!

Had Zerorez out a week ago and noticed after the carpets dried that there was one stain that didn't come out as well as I had hoped. Steve came here yesterday and did a fabulous job - the stain is gone and he was so pleasant, professional and thorough Can't say enough about how great Zerorez is!

The same guys did in and out. Always asking if we had questions and etc. though the sales guy under quoted. Completely satisfied with the guys doing the work. Everything was wrapped, they were very careful.
