As an former employee of 6 years and now a customer, the process still amazes me. Rob M is hands down the best tech and he knows his stuff. He made my 25 year old carpet(which was cleaned plenty of times before by zerorez) look like new. Having 2 long haired cats and dog(pet owners know the mess they can make), Rob M cleaned whatever mess they made. Thanks again Zerorez, this company is the only company allowed to clean my carpet.

No harsh chemicals used - instead it is a fresh clean smell and the carpet feels soft with no residue remaining on the cleaned surfaces. The technician was on time and was careful around my furniture. He also demonstrated professionalism in his knowledge of the process . I have been a long time customer of Zerorez and have always been very happy with my carpeting however, I just got ne carpeting and just needed two spots cleaned as my cat had thrown up and I was unable to get the yellowish stain completely up. I had to pay for a 3 room special cost for this small job. Zerorez needs to put into place for good customers a fee for only spot cleaning. I love the service and cleaning but not happy about having to pay $187.09 for a very small clean.
