Our tech Ms. Ceballos was great. She was very diligent about pre-treating problem areas. Several times asked me to view treated areas to assure the areas were satisfactory. Very pleasant, reserved demeanor.
The technician was very easy to work with and did a thorough job. The results were also good with the exception that one stain did not come out in one of the bedrooms. I do think that the cost was high $430 for 2 small bedrooms + a couch is bit on the high side in my opinion. Other than that I am satisfied.

The biggest thing for me is the lack of use of chemicals in the cleaning process. For someone with 2 dogs that is huge. Also, compared to other cleaning companies, the carpet seems softer, not as stiff when dry.

The technician was very thorough in explaining the cleaning process. He was very courteous and thorough. He was careful in his job. He also was very helpful with moving some of the furniture. Our carpet looks great.
No chemicals, fast drying time and very professional tech. He did a great job for my carpet and tile. The grout looks like new.

Service was excellent. Rugs look amazing, two of which were badly stained. Almost look like new! Dennis was great to deal with and extremely helpful in his suggestions. I have used Zerorez several times and will continue to use their rug cleaning and expanded services.

The representative did a gorgeous job on our carpets. He was right on time, super nice, and did exactly what he said he would do. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or need. I am very happy with the work!
