Every time I call Zerorez for a job, not only is everything done beautifully, efficiently, professionally, and expertly -- I also come away learning something new about how to protect my flooring investment/how to prevent further damage. Every. Single. Time. This last time, I had Derek come out to give a quote on two area rugs. I learned about how to tell what type of material it is, and how to protect it. I have every confidence in Zerorez -- what do I like about your products and services? I like that I can trust whoever comes out. I also like that I called to find out a better estimate of arrival (I was given a 3-6 pm window), and the rep who took my call -- Alexa -- walked over to dispatch, and was able to find out approximately when Derek would arrive. Their estimate was 3 minutes off from when he actually did arrive. I was very impressed. So -- quality products and services, trustworthiness, professionalism, and CARING ATTITUDES. Your people CARE.

The appointment was easy to schedule, the technicians showed up during the timeframe as planned, the technicians were very knowledgeable, I trust the product to not be harmful to my pets, and the carpet now looks great!

Derek was very open and honest and did an excellent job. He even called cause there were a couple f appointments that cancelled to see if I wanted him to arrive early. There services cost a few extra dollars, compared to who I used last year, but was totally worth it and will probably continue to use their services.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez. I am very happy with the product and service of the of the person who cleaned my carpet. He was very polite and very informative with everything he was doing. Everything looked great when he was done and he walked with me through the house and even checked my vents and furnace. He explained that the company would clean the vents and the furnace and there is even a carpet replacement unit now that will come into the home.
