This is the first time I used your service. I was very impressed with the Zerorez team that came to clean my carpet. They were very kind and professional. The team answered my concerns and questions. I even asked if they were able to clean my husbands recliner and they said it was not a problem. I was shocked at how clean the recliner was when the team finished the work. These gentlemen are a great team and worked very well together.
By the way my husband was very impressed with the clean recliner. The carpets and steps look like new. I have company coming over this weekend and truly appreciate being able to get on the cleaning schedule so promptly.

I wanted to send this 10 rating in because I was really pleased with my service and technician. My text read that John was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. The carpet looks great and I loved the citrus scent.
