2 weeks ago, I had my carpets cleaned by a Zerorez tech. I was not satisfied with the results. There were stains on the carpet, and the carpet was "crunchy", even after vacuuming.
I filled out the survey, reflecting my dissatisfaction. I was called promptly and was offered a "re-clean" by a senior tech. He was very friendly and did a great job. I am 100% satisfied and will use Zerorez again.

I was a bit shocked at my $139 coupon for three rooms turning into a $425 cost. It was not his fault in any way. I will let you know that when I share my experience with others I will tell them to beware if they have pet stains on their carpets.

The carpet looks great! All the stains are gone and it smells fresh. The technition was courteous and helpful.
The folks were on time and got right to work, no messing around. She was very courteous and seemed to know what she was talking about. she was up front with the areas she thought she would not get 100% clean and the reason and she seemed to do her best to do everything she could to make us satisfied. in the end she was able to do better than she originally thought on some coffee stains and matted carpet. The end result was more than we could have hoped for and we were very satisfied.
