Our technician, Matthew, was wonderful. He called 30 minutes ahead, arrived on time, and walked us through the whole process. He was very thorough and left the house cleaned up. We appreciate him and great job that he did!

The phone appointment technician was amazing, the service tech on the job was prompt, respectfully and fully capable to transform near “dead carpet” to resurrect a new, clean, fresh smelling carpet part of the family!

So appreciative for the Zerorez no chemicals or soaps to clean green difference!

I have been a long time customer of Zerorez and have always been very happy with my carpeting however, I just got ne carpeting and just needed two spots cleaned as my cat had thrown up and I was unable to get the yellowish stain completely up. I had to pay for a 3 room special cost for this small job. Zerorez needs to put into place for good customers a fee for only spot cleaning. I love the service and cleaning but not happy about having to pay $187.09 for a very small clean.

Cleaning process does not use soaps or chemicals. Carpets always feel soft and clean when you are done!

Product made the carpets look brand new!
Excellent professional service from Dominic. He made a call before arriving. Arrived as estimated. Gave me a thorough explanation of the estimated cost. Moved furniture for me. I would use the service again and would require that Dominic was the technician!
