Couldn't have been any nicer. Friendly. personable..professional ..knowledgable..helpful...polite.
I was appreciative on how he cared about the care of my carpet.
He told me avout your otger services..did not try to force anythung on me.
When i clean other areas i will request him as i will know what i can expect.

Caleb was very personable, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and happy to move my furniture like I asked him. He was very thorough in both cleaning my carpet, working on the spots I asked him to, and adding the protectant. I was very happy with his service.

You guys were very prompt. You gave me a time frame of 8-11 and the technician showed up right at 8. He was very professional and explained the process very clearly. He was done with the three rooms in just about an hour (which was surprising considering the condition of the floors). The price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the end result. Nice work!
