I think the technician was awesome, he went above and beyond. We had actually moved out of our house and he found a leak in our kitchen faucet. He cleaned it up and sent me a picture so I could get a plumber out of there. He saved us potentially even more damage from standing water on our wood floors!

I love that my carpet does not feel "crunchy or sticky" after it's been cleaned. I appreciate the tech being careful by not letting the hoses rub against my walls, the fact that they use shoe covers and lay runners so that they are not tracking through my house and that they put up the temporary "plastic door" to keep most of the cold air out.

You show up when you say you will and the technician always calls when they are on their way.
Your staff are all very friendly and nice to work with, from setting up the appointment to the person who performs the carpeting cleaning work.

Reasonably priced and our tech, Justin, was fantastic! A genuinely nice guy that was very professional and personable! We will use zerorez again for sure! Our carpets look and smell new!
