Steve came to clean my wool living room carpet & the 7 X 8 kitchen nook.
I had gotten an estimate by phone.
When Steve came, he mentioned that I was a previous customer, the last visit was in 2011.
At that time, my Wool Berber Fat Loop carpet was over 30 yrs old and I had Zerorez clean it for several years.
My 100% wool carpet was 1.5 yrs old and had surface dirt in the common areas.
Cleaning was done efficiently & I was pleased with the service.
There were no bait & switch issues, no additional changes were ever discussed.
