This is the first time that I have used your service., therefore I can only speak for the service, not the product, as I need to wait and see how long my carpet stays clean. I was impressed with John, as he explained everything he would be doing. He said it would take him about an hour to do the job and that's how long it took. John also offered to pull the sofa out, put pads under the legs and clean where it had been. He had a very pleasant and reassuring manner through out the job.
